1. I'm on line extra early this morning, which is making dooms day happy since he is watching cartoons I hate and not mamma's family. Which has been part of my involuntary leisued (politically correct for unemployed)morning schedule.
2. I finished the logo and will be posting it on Mind Pencil Paper Art when I'm done here.
3. My bother who never calls me called yesterday. Says our father (who I also hardly talk to) wants us to go for dinner Sunday to celebrate his birthday. I said get me the details and call me back. I guess I'll give him the eagle necklace early, instead of Christmas.
4. I finally got a Christmas present for my MIL. I always put to much thought into it and I'm never sure if she appreciates it. So this year I just bought her something I thought was nice and not worry about whether she does. HAHA
5.My husband and I are actually thinking about putting up light this year. I said thinking, because we are lazy and that would take effort. ACTUALLY I hate putting up decorations, including the tree. I have to rearrange everything in this house just to put it up.
6. Once it is up I love it, because I get to show off my collection of Santas ornaments. I think I have about 150 now. When I go to the stores and I see one that is really different I can't stop myself.
7. Yesterday I was at an antique store and found a Santa and Mrs clause set from the 1960's
8. My friend said she had them once but they got ruined. Now I'm thinking about giving them to her for Christmas, but that collectors in me is fighting it.
9. One of the ladies form the art club fell and broke her hip. I'm going to go see her soon. It's really sad to think she wont be at the Christmas dinner tonight. I love that fragile 82 year young lady!
10. I picked up my painting from the Library exhibit yesterday. Now I can sell the Zebras. The lady and I will get together soon. Woohoo!
11. Saturday is my last craft show this year. I'm doing things a lot different for my set up. If this one doesn't go well, then I'm giving up craft shows.
12. I've decided to get W-day things he needs for Christmas and no luxuries. Today I'm going to look for a personal care kit. (clippers, razor, etc). If he wants the fun stuff, let him buy it himself.
13. I'm hungry! Hey it's 7am and I've been up since 5:30. Did you know they say you should get food within 20 minutes of waking. Guess I'm a little late!

i always try and buy things i personally like, part of me hoping that the person might return it to me for something else, and that way i get to keep it.

if the lights go up on the house, i wonder how long after the holidays will it take to take them down. i can remember ours staying up almost all year

I went and checked out the logo! That's great! I'm glad the customer came back and decided on one she liked! I can't wait to see it in color!

i can't eat first thing in the morning either. magazines go on about how healthy a good breakfast is, but i'd rather save my appetite for lunch.
